Each lesson lasts 1 hour, and you can take a one-hour individual lesson or choose the 10 -hour package for a better learning experience and a lower price.
The duo option is available provided you have the same level of French for greater interactivity and the same needs in terms of the topics covered.
In fact, you can choose your courses using the calendar when booking, where you'll find the available slots in French time.
If you have booked a 1-hour session, you can cancel up to 48 hours before the scheduled time, directly from your personal account. If you do so, your account will be credited, and you can either choose a new time slot or request a refund by contacting us at contact@learnfrenchwithlily.fr.
If you have a 10-hour package, you can also cancel up to 48 hours in advance from your personal account. Your account will be credited, and you can choose another time slot. However, once the package has started, no refund, even partial, will be possible.
If you cancel less than 48 hours before the session, you’ll need to notify us by email at contact@learnfrenchwithlily.fr
Unfortunately, no refund or replacement will be given in this case.
The course takes place on the zoom platform. Once you've made your booking, you'll receive an e-mail with all the information you need to log in, together with the relevant codes.
LFTwL declines all responsibility in the event of malfunctions and/or technical problems and therefore asks each participant to anticipate and take good care of his or her equipment and/or connection. In case of delay, the minutes will be deducted from the lesson time to ensure the smooth running of the following scheduled lessons. The delay cannot be made up, nor can the lesson be extended.
Any delay of more than 15 minutes from the scheduled time slot will result in the cancellation of the service without any right to a refund.
Although LFTwL offers topics specialized in tourism and culture fields , the aim is for the courses to be adapted to the needs and tastes of each learner, so you can choose the topic (s) that suit (s) you best.
The duo service works in the same way as the solo service. The course will be given to two learners, but only the lead participant is authorised to make the booking in his name and provide his personal details. In fact, he will be considered to be LFTwL's privileged contact for the entire duration of the booking: he is in charge of paying the full amount for the service and will receive the booking confirmation by email. It is then the responsibility of the main user to forward this confirmation and the connection details to his/her partner to enable him/her to access the reserved service.
LFTwL cannot be held responsible in the event of access problems if the user does not send the necessary information to their partner.
Yes, our mini-group classes are held online via Zoom with a maximum of 5 participants. To ensure quality interactions, a minimum of 3 students is required per session. If there are not enough enrollments, the class will be canceled and participants can choose between a full refund or rescheduling the session to a later date.
